Meet the Team Monday!

Say Hello to Ian - part of our HVAC installation team and someone who’s been growing with Northwest Mechanical for the past two and a half years.

Ian plays an important role in helping install the systems that keep our customers comfortable year-round, and he’s continuing to build his skills in the trades as he studies to earn his State Plumbing License.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys hunting, playing basketball, photography, and camping - making the most of Northern Michigan whenever he can.

His work ethic, willingness to learn, and dedication to growing in the industry make him a valuable part of the team, and we’re excited to see where his career continues to go.

We’re grateful to have Ian on board and appreciate the dedication he brings to the job every day!

Meet Sam, one of our Service Technicians and a familiar face out in the field.

As the son of founders Rob and Nancy, Sam grew up around the business and brings that same commitment to quality and customer care into his work every day. He’s the guy you’ll often see showing up ready to diagnose, repair, and get your system back up and running.

When he’s off the clock, Sam stays just as active—golfing and fishing in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and always enjoying good music. Most importantly, he’s a proud dad to two young boys.

We’re grateful to have Sam on the team and the reliability he brings to every job.
