When the Town of Manlius needed to enhance its highway garage, CHA served as Construction Manager to help deliver expanded maintenance, storage, training, and staff support facilities.

The modernized facility provides the Highway Department with the space and resources needed to efficiently maintain the roads and infrastructure that support the community every day.

Located within the Cape Cod National Seashore, the award-winning Nauset Regional High School project transformed an active campus through new academic, performing arts, innovation, and student spaces while advancing ambitious sustainability goals.

As Owner's Project Manager, CHA partnered with Flansburgh Architects and the project team from feasibility through construction to help bring this vision to life.

We're proud to have supported a project recently recognized with a Citation Award for Excellence in Architecture at the 2026 New England Architecture Awards.

Congestion. Conflict points. A growing corridor ready for improvement.

The I 10/Monroe Street Interchange plays a critical role in how the community moves—and it’s ready for upgrades that support more efficient, multimodal travel.

CHA is proud to support the Riverside County Transportation Department, in collaboration with the Caltrans HQ and the The City of Indio - Government, by providing construction management services for this ~$120M project.

The initiative will reconstruct and widen ramps and overcrossings to improve traffic flow, support motor vehicle and pedestrian travel conditions, and strengthen multimodal connectivity. A Tight Diamond Interchange design retains the existing configuration while adding lanes, refining the roadway geometry, and integrating features such as CV Link and Class IV bike lanes.

Together, these efforts will help reduce congestion and support a more connected transportation network for the community.
