Earlier this week, we celebrated Marcus Battin and his years of dedication to Team 1 Plastics. He joined us in 2016 as a Captain on the Production Floor and soon stepped into the role of Purchasing Manager/Planner, where he made a strong impact on scheduling and material purchasing. Marcus officially retired on December 23, 2025.

Our President, Craig Carrel, shared:
“Marcus, during his nearly ten years at Team 1, his main job was scheduling and material purchasing. He really helped us get organized and improve our material purchasing to save us money. We wish him the best!”

Marcus reflected on his time here, sharing that he saw many changes over the years, stayed constantly busy, and especially enjoyed meeting all the new people who joined the team.

Please join us in wishing him a happy and fulfilling retirement.
