Some of our company's history isn't found in a file cabinet. It's stitched together in this quilt.

Created by Leslie and Becky, the sister and niece of Co-Owner and President Craig Carrel, this one-of-a-kind quilt was made to commemorate Team 1 Plastics' 30th anniversary in 2017. Crafted from Team 1 apparel and memorabilia collected over the years, it serves as a colorful reminder of where we've been and the people who helped us get here.

As we prepare to celebrate our 40th anniversary next year, we're proud to reflect on the memories, milestones, and relationships that continue to define Team 1 Plastics.

From high above the new expansion, a lot is happening in one frame. Linda demonstrates the reach of the new shelving area with a fully extended fork truck, while Dave, Travis, and Douglas take in the progress below. Nearby, Analiese keeps the packaging area stocked and ready to support the production floor. A great snapshot of teamwork as the expansion continues to come together.
