We’re a commercial construction company with an in-house trucking and roll-off division looking for someone organized, detail-driven, and ready to keep our projects running smoothly.
This role is all about coordination—managing project documents, tracking bids and timelines, handling invoicing and bookkeeping, and supporting daily operations across multiple jobs. If you’re good with organization, communication, and staying on top of moving pieces, this could be a great fit.
Experience in construction admin, Microsoft Excel/Teams, and basic bookkeeping is a big plus—but the right mindset and attention to detail matter most.
