A couple updates finished up on this condo! New fireplace with new flooring were the major updates completed!

Bowles Construction was called in on this job to remove this old brick chimney dating back to early 1900’s. This chimney had detached from the house and started leaning as well as the old mortar starting to disintegrate causing it to be more of a hazard left standing. We were able to remove the entire chimney with not much room to work, but we got it done with a new foundation footer poured at the base. Then we were able to frame and insulate this wall before we installed new siding to finish everything off nicely.
