An incredible opportunity for collaboration:
Blue Arbor President Paul Cederna, MD, and Chief Medical Officer Theodore Kung, MD, partnered with Dr. Johnny Lu at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital to perform live surgery on a patient with upper extremity amputation to successfully treat this patient’s postamputation pain.

We are grateful to be part of meaningful international collaboration advancing care for patients worldwide.

December 2025 was an exciting and landmark month for Blue Arbor Technologies!
We started the month by making history in Vienna, Austria with our External Sensing Unit (more on this later).

Afterwards, our Blue Arbor President (Paul Cederna, MD), our Chief Medical Officer (Theodore Kung, MD) and members of their University of Michigan Neuromuscular Laboratory were invited to present their groudbreaking research at the Taiwan Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery (TSRM) and Taiwan Society of Plastic Surgery (TSPS) annual meetings. These are two preeminent international plastic surgery meetings bringing together the very best minds in the fields of limb reconstruction, amputation, and prosthetic rehabilitation. In addition, Dr. Cederna and Dr. Kung performed live surgery in Taipei on a patient with upper extremity amputation to successfully treat their postamputation pain.

Looking forward to achieving some important milestones in 2026!
