Big sunshine, small-town impact. ☀️

The Meyer Project in Greenwald, MN is turning sunlight into serious savings and sustainability with 982 solar panels producing 517, 650 kWh annually. That means an impressive 366 metric tons of CO2 offset each year – the equivalent of planting 478 acres of trees. 🌲

Over the next 30 years, this system will offset nearly 12,093 tons of CO2, equal to adding more than 14,340 acres of trees to our forests. Now that’s powerful.

Welcome Nicole LeBlanc to the New Energy Equity team!

Nicole brings 10+ years of renewable energy experience spanning project acquisition, project finance, asset management, and operations.

Most recently, she served as the Chief Business Officer at PureSky Energy, where she oversaw 200+ MW of distributed solar assets, helping close $1B+ in capital raises, and scaled the company from a small regional team to a fully standalone business.

Nicole is a proven dealmaker and operator with deep expertise in community solar, complex transaction ex*****on, and building high-performing teams.

We’re thrilled to have Nicole on board and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make!
