This 15-tooth UHMW sprocket was precision machined at B.I.R.S. for Habasit 3200 Series / Intralox 3000 Series chain.
✅ 2.5” thick

The standard Intralox sprocket is noticeably thinner, but our version provides full support across the entire chain width — resulting in smoother operation, better tracking, and improved overall performance.
