A home is more than a house.

For the Wilson family, this home was the realization of a dream they had carried for years: building their forever home on a Huasna property that had been in their family for generations. What began as a vision on paper became a place to gather, share meals, welcome family and friends, and make memories for years to come. We are grateful to have helped bring that vision to life.

Some homes have great bones, and this 1910 bungalow was one of them. Our goal was never to erase the home's history, but to preserve what made it special while creating a home that works beautifully for today's lifestyle.
From restoring original character to expanding the home's functionality with a new second floor, every decision was made with intention and care.

Can you keep the character of the house but make it livable?

That was the vision our clients brought to the George Street remodel. They loved the original charm of this 1910 bungalow, from the high ceilings and unique details to the feeling the home had when they first walked through the door. The challenge was creating a space that honored that history while making it work for modern living.
Seeing the finished home exceed their expectations is what makes projects like this so rewarding.

Restoring the character of a 100-year-old home while creating a space designed for modern living.

The George Street project was a special one. This 1910 bungalow had incredible bones, from its original details and high ceilings to its connection with the San Luis Obispo landscape. Our goal was to honor what made this home unique while thoughtfully updating it for the next chapter of our clients' lives.

This project was a true collaboration with talented professionals who helped bring the vision to life. We are grateful for the expertise and care everyone brought to this home.
