Every custom home has a space that brings it all together.

For this home, it’s the fireplace. Natural stone, reclaimed wood, and floor to ceiling glass come together to create a space that’s warm, inviting, and built to be enjoyed for years to come.

It’s details like these that remind us why we love what we do. Thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and building homes that are made to last.

We’re almost fully booked for late 2026 and have room for one more custom home before we begin scheduling into 2027. If you’ve been thinking about building, now is the time to start the conversation.

We’d love to hear about your vision.

Coming Soon to Arden

We’re excited to share the progress of our newest home currently under construction in Arden.

Designed in collaboration with BCA Architecture, this home blends timeless design, quality craftsmanship, and a setting that feels tucked away while remaining close to everything South Asheville has to offer.

Scheduled for completion this fall.
