After decades of dedication, Brian Vance is heading into a well-earned retirement.

Known for his meticulous nature and sharp attention to detail, Brian built a reputation for doing things the right way—earning the nickname “pitbull” because nothing ever slipped past him. Since joining AIM in 2013, he brought years of accounting experience (dating back to 1988) and a true passion for numbers.

Brian’s journey is one of hard work and growth—earning not one, but two associate degrees (graduating Magna Cum Laude) while continuing his career. Outside the office, he’s lived out his love of music as both a professional musician and longtime DJ/Karaoke host.

When asked what he does, Brian keeps it simple: “I make sure the companies we buy from get paid.”

We’re grateful for Brian’s contributions, his steady presence, and the impact he’s made at AIM. As he and his wife look forward to spending more time in ministry, we wish them all the best in this next chapter.

🏐John Admire has officially retired as of April 2nd—just 20 days shy of celebrating 16 years with AIM.

John’s journey reflects dedication, consistency, and a genuine passion for his work. Over four decades, he worked for three companies and set a remarkable example of reliability—calling in only twice in 41 years. The advice he carried from his parents guided him every day: “Don’t take your job for granted. Be there each day and on time. Do more than expected.” And that’s exactly how he showed up.

Now, John is returning to where his passion first began -on the golf course. He’s already stepping into a busy season, both officiating and playing the game he loves.

Known for his positivity and steady outlook, John always sees the glass as more than half full. Whether tackling challenges or supporting those around him, he brought a sense of calm and perspective that will truly be missed. And if you didn’t know—he’s also completed two Sudoku puzzles every single day since 2018!

While he’ll miss the daily interactions and being part of the team’s growth, we know this next chapter is well deserved.

Congratulations, John, and thank you for your years of dedication. Enjoy every moment out on the course! ⛳
