💥 Award Announcement 💥

The Painesville Tower has been selected to receive the Award of Merit for Community Impact from the Cleveland Restoration Society and AIA Cleveland!

JCI was proud to serve as the Construction Manager on this major project — transforming this historic downtown landmark into student housing for Lake Erie College.

Projects like this are why we love what we do: preserving local history, strengthening communities, and helping create spaces that will be used for generations.

What was once an aging hotel has been completely transformed into a modern 52-room Wingate by Wyndham, the result of a complete interior and exterior renovation.

Project highlights:
✅ Complete interior demolition & rebuild
🔧 All-new plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and HVAC systems
🧱 New framing and drywall throughout
🏗️ Total exterior renovation
🍳 Spacious breakfast area & 🗣️ new meeting room for guests
