JCI is proud to be partnering once again with our longtime client, Emerald Hospitality Associates, Inc., on this project, with Architectural Design Inc. Inc. serving as the project architect. Site work is underway, and we’re looking forward to seeing this project come to life.

We are proud to announce that JCI has been selected to perform storefront upgrades for several local businesses participating in the Downtown Geneva Façade Program!

Backed by the Appalachian Community Grant Program (ACGP), this initiative is investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into the historic business district.

From retail spaces to downtown landmarks, JCI keeps Ashtabula County moving forward. Our crews are officially hitting the streets to preserve and enhance Geneva's historic charm. The Painesville Tower has been selected to receive the Award of Merit for Community Impact from the Cleveland Restoration Society and AIA Cleveland!

JCI was proud to serve as the Construction Manager on this major project — transforming this historic downtown landmark into student housing for Lake Erie College.

Projects like this are why we love what we do: preserving local history, strengthening communities, and helping create spaces that will be used for generations.
