We're excited to announce the completion of the new roundabout at Snows Mill Road and Lane Creek Road in Oconee County!

This project enhances safety, reduces conflict points, and improves traffic flow, replacing a four-way stop. It's the first of five similar upgrades aimed at better serving current and future traffic volumes.

Roundabouts provide significant benefits by improving operations, calming speeds, and enhancing overall safety.

We're proud to support Oconee County with infrastructure improvements for safer, more efficient travel!

Last week, W&A team members participated in the “Wonders of Work” Futures Fair at Athens Technical College , hosted by the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce and Athens Tech.

The event gathered over 800 eighth-grade students from Clarke County to explore career pathways and learn from local employers about industries shaping our future.

Our team discussed careers in civil engineering, land development, surveying, and landscape architecture, highlighting how these professions impact our communities.

Events like this strengthen the local workforce pipeline and encourage students to consider post-high school opportunities.

Thank you to Athens Technical College, Athens Area Chamber of Commerce, and Clarke County School District for organizing such a meaningful event. We’re proud to support initiatives connecting education with real-world careers.
