AI is showing up in public safety analytics fast. Before you trust it, ask what happens when it's wrong.
Ask a generative AI an open-ended question about your data and it can give you a confident answer that's made up. It can also carry bias into the answer.
There's a narrower way to use it. The AI only turns your plain-English question into a search of your agency's own verified records. The answer comes from your data, not the model.
