The SL-2000 Conventional Duct Smoke Detector is designed for early detection of smoke in HVAC duct systems across commercial and industrial facilities.

Installation efficiency matters in the field. That’s why the SL-2000 features no-tools-required installation and simplified wiring space to help technicians complete setups faster and more efficiently. A flashing LED on the detector head also provides clear normal operation status for quick visual confirmation.

For testing, the integrated test port allows easy activation using aerosol smoke or gas without disassembly or complex setup. When tested, the detector responds quickly and goes into alarm in approximately 5 seconds, helping streamline commissioning and verification.
