The CSP Lenoir facility is currently hiring production operators for 2nd shift.

Starting rate is $19.10 per hour, plus $.50 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift. Raises are given every 6 months until reaching top-out pay at 24 months. Benefits are given after 30 days of employment.

For the eighth consecutive year, our Lenoir, North Carolina, facility has been recognized by the State of North Carolina with the State’s Gold Award for Safety, which is presented to organizations with lost-time incident rates that are at least 50 percent below the industry average.
