At HIROTEC, decades of MIG welding expertise come together with in-house engineering, tooling design, and automation development to create complete manufacturing solutions. At HIROTEC, big projects are a team effort, and our integration department is a great example of what that looks like every day.

Our skilled trades teams in Build, Pipe, and Wire have been working side by side on a major new line at our headquarters, taking on a new type of project in a short timeline. When challenges came up, the team worked through them together right on the floor, drawing on the many years of experience they bring as a department.

Every trade plays a part. Everyone brings something to the table. And the work moves forward because they work together.

Our journey toward lights-out manufacturing didn't start yesterday.

In 2012, HIROTEC completed its first Auto Part Load line for sub-assembly parts, engineered to run without an operator. Fourteen years later, that same line is still running in production.

That kind of longevity is a reminder that great automation isn't just about what works on day one. It's about engineering systems that keep delivering year after year.

That line was an early step toward the autonomous manufacturing systems we continue to advance today.

Today we were proud to welcome students from the Arts and Technology Academy of Pontiac as part of Oakland County's Manufacturing Day program.

Students experienced a behind-the-scenes look at modern manufacturing through a fabrication and manufacturing floor tour, a 3D printing demonstration with our R&D team, and an interactive Q&A with manufacturing leaders. These activities were designed to showcase the innovation, technology, and career opportunities that power our industry every day.

Thank you to the students, educators, and our team members who helped make today's visit a success!
