The ‘E2 Job Tracking Module’ is our SAT shop software system, and is responsible for job scheduling and tracking. Additionally, our shipping and receiving, invoicing, machine and gage calibration scheduling, inventory, and quality procedures are all processed, organized, and tracked by the fully automated E2 system. To support this new system, United CNC Machining has purchased a state-of-the-art Gigabit Network which links all workstations & machining centers with additional wireless interface capabilities. Nightly off-site tape backups guarantee customer and in-house data is never lost. This new network and software also enables our Engineering and CAM programming departments to electronically transfer part programs to any CNC machine on the shop floor.
