BUILD IT BEFORE YOU NEED IT.

Prefabrication can make a big difference when installing complex energy infrastructure.

For this energy project, our team prefabricated a three-vault skid for a below-grade regulator station, including the structural steel skid and associated piping. By completing the welding and assembly in advance, the units could be delivered to the site ready for installation.

Planning and incorporating prefabricated welding services can help:
• Improve safety and quality — Performing welding and assembly in a controlled environment minimizes on-site hazards, such as vehicles entering the work zone and inclement weather.
• Reduce field resources — Less work in the field means less supervision, fewer inspectors, reduced traffic control requirements, and less overall congestion.
• Compress the schedule — Prefabrication can happen while other site activities are underway, helping make installation faster and more predictable.

The result? More work completed off-site, less work to coordinate in the field, and a more streamlined installation.

That's the value of prefabricated welding services.

Fleet and Small Tools Manager Steve Boisclair took time out of his weekend to operate R.H. White equipment and help fellow employee Matt Snyder and his son Owen begin work on Owen’s Eagle Scout project. The scope of work - a 20’ x 15’ brick paver patio for their church.

Projects like this are exactly why R.H. White allows qualified employees to use company equipment outside of work, supporting opportunities to give back and make a positive impact in our communities.

Great job, Steve, Matt, and Owen, for demonstrating what it means to create wellbeing for our community!

🚧Every project comes with its challenges. R.H. White is here to provide the solutions.

The Maple & Rolfe Pump Station project in Shrewsbury, MA involved a comprehensive retrofit that modernized the town’s two largest pump stations by flow, all while maintaining plant operations and personnel access. Despite the challenges and an extremely constrained "postage stamp" site footprint, the R.H. White team executed this complex construction project safely, on schedule, and under budget.

R.H. White and WhiteWater employees were proud to attend the Massachusetts Water Works Association (MWWA) 2026 Summer Expo at Wachusett Mountain. In addition to enjoying great food and beautiful weather, our team had the opportunity to connect with industry professionals, showcase a dump truck recently added to L.H. White's growing fleet, share SWAG, and discuss the water solutions we provide to clients throughout the region.

A special shoutout to two of R.H. White's Construction Management Trainees, Tom and Vanessa, who stepped up to lead booth activities and made the most of the opportunity to build valuable industry connections.

Thank you to MWWA for hosting another outstanding Summer Expo, to our employees who represented R.H. White and WhiteWater, and to everyone who stopped by our booth. We look forward to seeing you again next year!
