Sometimes, you never know what you find underneath these decks! Here are some before, during and after pics of this deck we replaced. This was a raised flagstone masonry patio with a wood deck ontop. Unfortunately there were many spots that were missing flagstone and cement or just or just a bunch of deteriorated areas from over the years! We cleaned the patio, installed cement to get it all back onto the same plain. Then we laid down GAF ice and water shield over the whole patio. Next we laid down and attached sleepers to the patio with Tapcon masonry anchors. After that we painted FastenMaster deck frame coating to the sleepers. And finally we started installing Timber Tech Prime + decking with hidden fasteners! We also created some new benches for the customer with the same decking!
