🎉 Congratulations to the Thompson family on the purchase of their second garage with us! 🎉

This build turned out absolutely amazing, and we are loving this color combination! The Burnished Slate and Clay complement each other perfectly.

This is a 24' x 25' x 9' vertical roof garage featuring:
• Two 9' x 7' frame-outs for custom overhead doors
• One walk-in door
• Two 30" x 36" windows
• 4/12 roof pitch
• Reflective double-bubble insulation in the roof only

The colors on this building are Burnished Slate for the roof, trim, and wainscoting, with Clay for the siding. Mr. Thompson will be having his own custom overhead doors installed, and we can't wait to see the finished look!

A few important things to know when planning your building:

• We do not provide concrete or dirt work for our installations. However, depending on your area, we may be able to provide a customer-recommended contractor.

• Every building comes standard with our 140 MPH wind certification package, which includes the required installation anchors.

We should share these custom concepts more often—this one is a favorite!

This barndominium shell is designed around a 30' x 80' x 16' main structure, with two 10-foot-wide lean-tos that add both function and outdoor living space.

The 10' x 35' x 9' front lean-to will cover the apartment entrance and keep the shop door protected from the weather. In the back, a 10' x 40' x 9' lean-to will create a spacious porch area—perfect for grilling and enjoying the view.

Inside, the 30' x 30' apartment portion will include room for an upstairs loft, giving the customer space for additional bedrooms. We’ll provide 3' x 3' framed openings for customer-supplied thermal-pane windows, French doors for the main entrance, and a mix of 3' x 3' and 3' x 4' window openings on the lower level.

The 30' x 50' shop area will feature:

One window opening

Two man doors

Two 10' x 10' roll-up doors with electric roll-up door motors

One 14' x 14' chain-hoist door with electric roll-up door motors

Selected upgrades include double-leg framing, a 5/12 roof pitch, 1-foot overhangs, vertical siding, 26-gauge roofing panels, and color-matched screws.

A great example of how a custom shell can combine comfortable living space, a hardworking shop, and room to enjoy the outdoors.

A huge congratulations to the Pearson family on their brand new 30x60x12 custom building! This build is the perfect combination of a spacious enclosed shop and covered outdoor storage, giving them plenty of room to work, store equipment, park vehicles, and much more.

The main enclosed shop measures 30x40x12, while the attached 20-foot roof extension brings the total dimensions to 30x60x12, creating a versatile setup that is as functional as it is great looking.

The colors you see are Quaker Gray for the roof, Clay for the trim, and Sandstone for the walls. Together they create a timeless color combination that looks fantastic on any property.

This custom building includes:

Congratulations to the Rhodes family on the installation of their brand new 60x60x14/9 vertical roof style horse barn! This is just the first installation!
This impressive barn features a front lean-to and a matching back lean-to, each measuring 15x20x12. Both lean-tos include a custom 18-foot-wide by 11-foot-tall traditional square frame-out, and the Rhodes family upgraded these frame-outs with panels running all the way around for a finished look and added functionality.

Inside this beautiful horse barn, the layout is divided into three sections. The center section measures 30x60x14, while both the left and right lean-to sections measure 15x60x9, creating a spacious and functional setup with plenty of room for horses, equipment, storage, and more.

The center section also features 1-foot overhangs, a 5/12 roof pitch, triple-wide trusses, double legs, and added J trim for a clean, finished appearance. The Rhodes family also upgraded to our reflective double bubble insulation in the roof, helping provide added comfort and protection inside the barn.

With a building of this size and value, it also includes colored matching screws, giving the entire structure a polished, seamless look. The Rhodes family chose custom-colored roll-up doors, which includes a custom door color fee when selecting a color other than white.

Some of the custom features the Rhodes family selected include:

- Two 9-light walk-in doors

- One 30x30 faux window

- Four 10x8 roll-up doors

- Two 12x12 chain hoist roll-up doors
