We had a great time this weekend bringing our US FUSION & US RUBBER teams together for our annual company picnic. Employees from both the office and the field joined us with their families for a day filled with crawfish, face painting, raffles, and plenty other activities filled with fun.

Most importantly, it was a chance to enjoy quality time with family and coworkers outside of the day-to-day, reinforcing the strong culture we continue to build together.

Last Friday, we brought together our Operations team and field personnel for a full-day training focused on strengthening alignment and preparing for continued growth. With nearly 50 team members in the room, the goal was simple: reinforce what’s working and continue building on it... together.

The first half of the day focused on safety; planning, hazard identification, and reaffirming our commitment. We talked about why it matters: our people, doing the right thing, and making sure everyone goes home the same way they showed up, while also addressing challenges and how we continue to raise our standard.

The second half shifted to hands-on rigging training for our crews and leadership development for our supervisors. We closed by sharing where we are and where we’re headed—grounded in one question: what is the best thing for all of us as employee owners?

Days like this are a reminder of what makes an employee-owned company work. Shared responsibility, pride in the work, and a commitment to each other’s success, with strong engagement, solid conversations, and a lot of camaraderie across the team.
