In partnership with ExxonMobil Baton Rouge and EBR Schools, we’re funding innovative, hands-on STEM experiences that spark curiosity and elevate learning across East Baton Rouge.

The future of industry is bright! 🌟

As the presenting sponsor of the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance (GBRIA) Women in Industry event, we had the opportunity to connect with more than 300 high school students, sharing our stories, career journeys and insights into the many roles women hold across ExxonMobil and the industrial workforce.

From roundtable conversations to hands-on activities at our booth, students explored valve technology, learned about electromagnetic induction through interactive demos and even created their own perfumes.

We hope that every student left with answers to their questions, valuable resources for their future and the confidence to see themselves in a career in industry. The future is bright and we can’t wait to see what this next generation accomplishes! 🎉
