Madison O'Neal's journey at Tenaris is a testament to the power of continuous learning, hard work, and strong community roots. A recipient of a Tenaris Merit Award scholarship, she returned to Bay City after college to begin her professional journey at the mill she first experienced as an intern. Today, Madison leads a team of 37 people while drawing on connections and experiences gained across Tenaris operations around the world.

Along the way, she has embraced opportunities to learn, travel, lead, and build meaningful relationships across our global network, proving that great leadership starts by listening and learning from others.

Don’t miss the action! ⚽ 📸 Now in its third year, the Tenaris Houston-area Soccer League is bigger than ever! What started as a casual Saturday soccer game among coworkers has grown into a five-week tournament featuring more than 250 employees from across Tenaris’ Houston-area facilities.

Last week, 27 Tenaris employees and family members came together to help fight food insecurity in our community by volunteering at the Houston Food Bank! 🍎🥕🥫 Together, our volunteers sorted and packed 19 pallets of food totaling 17,352 pounds, helping provide approximately 14,460 meals for individuals and families across the Houston area.

In addition to volunteering, Tenaris donated H-E-B gift cards to help provide groceries and other essentials to local families.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support organizations like the Houston Food Bank and thankful for our volunteers who dedicated their time to making a difference!

Last week, we welcomed 26 Houston-area high school students for our annual Professional Discovery Week, giving them a deeper look into what Tenaris does and the teams that make it happen. The students heard from our experts and leaders and toured our Houston threading facility.

These kinds of programs allow us to show local students what a career with a global company in advanced manufacturing can look like.

Tenaris is helping Bay City students start the school year strong!

We joined the Bay City ISD Back to School Bash, where local organizations came together to provide 500 students with backpacks and essential school supplies. Tenaris employees volunteered throughout the event, helping support students and families as they prepared for the new school year.

Interested in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation and control technology? Scholarships are available for the WCJC Manufacturing Technology Program!

Jacinto Torres, Auxiliary Field Operator and 2017 scholarship recipient, turned his education at WCJC into a rewarding career and is now nearing 10 years of service with Tenaris. "The scholarship provides more than financial support—it opens the door to valuable skills, hands-on experience, and real career opportunities. The education I received has been a key stepping stone to my success in my day-to-day role at the mill,” he said. “This opportunity can truly change your future."

Applicants must be enrolled at Wharton County Junior College.

Once completed, the center will offer opportunities for recreation, fitness, therapy, competitive swimming, and water safety education, creating a valuable resource for residents throughout the county and neighboring communities for generations to come.
