Everyone notices the finished deck, but it's what's underneath that determines whether it'll still be standing strong years from now.
This build starts with solid footings, sturdy framing, heavy-duty hardware, and clean craftsmanship before a single deck board covers it up. It's the kind of work most people never see, but it's what separates a deck that's built to last from one that's built to look good for a season.
What do you think of the framing on this build? Do you pay attention to what's underneath before hiring a contractor? Would you rather spend more for quality you can't see or save money and hope for the best?
