What we’re looking for:
🔹 Active Professional Civil/Structural Engineer license
🔹 5+ years of wireless telecom infrastructure design experience
🔹 Experience with rooftop, water tank, tower-based and raw land projects
🔹 Proven ability to lead Engineers, Designers & Drafters
🔹 Strong knowledge of IBC, NESC, ASCE 7, TIA-222, NEC and related standards
🔹 Experience with industry software such as tnxTower, RISA-3D and AutoCAD
🔹 B.S. degree and willingness to travel as needed

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead electrical commissioning activities for high-voltage power systems
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical equipment and protection systems
• Develop commissioning procedures, review test documentation, and oversee field ex*****on
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure safe, efficient project delivery
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians while promoting a strong safety culture

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in high, medium, and low-voltage electrical testing, commissioning, or power systems
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution systems, substations, and protective relays
• Experience with commissioning documentation, startup procedures, and troubleshooting
