We wanted to recognize, and tell you guys how lucky we are to have Sadae' Allen on our team at Comfort Systems USA Mid South!

Initially inspired by watching her husband work in construction Sadae' Allen embraced challenges by immersing herself in hands-on experiences, cultivating a genuine passion for the field. Despite initial doubts about her ability's encouragement from colleagues, our CSUSA Mid South VP, and husband propelled her to excel and grow professionally over the past two years. Grateful for the patient mentorship and support she received, Sadae' eagerly pursued further training and education. Sadae now has the aspiration to become a Project Manager upon completion of her construction management degree. Her journey exemplifies the potential for personal and professional growth in the construction industry. Sadae' inspires others, particularly women, to join and contribute to Comfort Systems USA Mid South's diverse workforce.

So proud of these students and their everyday efforts in achieving goals. Schools like Academy of Craft Training - Birmingham set the bar in youth character building for the state of Alabama. Comfort Systems USA Mid South is very fortunate to be able to be able to work with such bright young people and caring instructors at this training center.

We had the privilege to talk with a few Alabama Highschool kids last week about opportunities in the trades! The kids came to visit the Academy of Craft Training - Birmingham. Aaron was able to help explain from a construction company’s prospective what skills they will learn there to carry with them to a career in construction.
