FROM A PARKING LOT TO A 7-OP DENTAL EXPANSION.

What started as an empty parking lot is now a completed ground-up expansion designed to support a growing dental practice.

This project added:

• 7 new operatories
• Dedicated mechanical room
• Dental lab
• New bathroom
• Additional space designed around the practice’s clinical needs

From the first phase of planning to the final build, every detail had to work together—from the clinical layout and specialized dental requirements to the mechanical and infrastructure needs behind the scenes.

That’s the difference experience makes in dental construction.
