Throughout the home, Leon custom-framed TVs provide a refined entertainment solution, allowing displays to integrate naturally with the interior design. A distributed high-resolution audio system delivers exceptional sound across the main living areas, while a dedicated outdoor audio system extends the experience to porches, patios, and gathering spaces overlooking the Low Country landscape.
A centralized Lutron Palladiom lighting control system gives the homeowners effortless command of beautifully tailored lighting scenes for daily living, entertaining, and relaxing. Motorized shades were also integrated to provide convenient privacy, natural light management, and added comfort throughout the home.
The project also includes a custom golf simulator, creating a private, year-round entertainment destination within the residence.
