Some of our work includes, but is not limited to residential and commercial full scale interior and exterior renovations, interior and exterior restorations, new construction, dormers, additions, kitchens, bathrooms basements,basement waterproofing, decks, porches, and replicating architectual details. Our goal is to have seemless transitions between old and new. Rjames is a member of the US Green Building Council. The USGBC is a non-profit community of leaders working to make green buildings available to everyone within a generation. A green home incorporates smart design, technology, construction and maintenance elements that significantly lessen the negative impact of the home on the environment and improve the health of the people
who live inside. The best impact on the environment we can have is to have as little as possible. Whether concerned about energy costs, allergies, old growth forests, or durability and long term value, homeowners are looking for ways to create a healthy, safe, beautiful, and efficient homes. Subway tiles originated in New York City in the early 1900s, specifically for the first subway system in the city. Architects George C. I have been labeled many things over my life. When it comes to building, meticulous stands out. One time a building inspector said I was neurotic. I think they were trying to be nice describing how I obsessed over some framing details. In some cases it’s a positive and some it’s a negative. I think it’s mostly positive, but I’m working through the kinks with my therapist. 😎
When it comes to photography I would say I use 1 out of every 20 photos I take. I note when the natural light is best, and try to take advantage of that after shutting off all the lighting in the house. Sometimes I do a slight exposure if needed, and 99.9% of them are taken on my iPhone.
