NOT ONE IF MY CLIENTS!

This was taken from one of the electrical pages I follow.

Due to recent inquiries about adding car chargers, I felt this would be a good time to bring this up.

Unless you are an electrician or have LOTS of experience and knowledge about electrical, I would never suggest a DIY install of a car charger.

I always have, and always will, recommend contacting a licensed electrician for installation of a car charger. These professionals will not just come out and slap in a breaker and some wire. They will evaluate your system to ensure you have a safe and proper panel and wiring.

Having your house burn down because of cheap or improper install would be life altering event no one wants to experience.

An upside of the new office is I can see the entire downtown from our balcony! Gives us an opportunity to be more involved with community! Fortunately I was in the office Friday to not only receive my Raffle Prize, but also to have a great conversation with Yanni about the new lights.

Our first business association event here our new home town!

It was really a fun time! And it was really productive to be able to meet so many of the people we deal with via phone, text, or FB.

Definitely setting the stage for bigger and better things to come in the near future for Boulder Creek!

The 2026 Boulder Creek Business Association Auction & Dinner at Scopazzi’s Restaurant is complete, and it was a great success.

Dinner was sold out and the room came together in a real way. Business members, donors, and community members all in one place, each playing a part in something that continues to give back to Boulder Creek.

Thank you to everyone who donated, bid, volunteered, and showed up.

This is our one annual fundraiser, and it directly funds the events and improvements that keep our town active and welcoming year-round. From the 4th of July Parade to seasonal gatherings, lighting, and the ongoing care of shared spaces, it all starts here.

At its core, the BCBA exists to support our local merchants and reinvest back into Boulder Creek through community events and ongoing improvements that strengthen the town.

We are currently working on two homes that the flashing was done wrong!

One home the flashing sloped back toward the house on top of an improperly sloped concrete wall.

The other home the siding was set directly on top of the flashing so water got trapped behind it.

Flashing = THATS RIGHT!
Improperly installing it? = THAT AINT RIGHT!
