Replacing a second rooftop unit at the fire station this year. This one does the kitchen, movie room and Lieutenant’s office. I’m waiting a month and a half for the unit because it is built with gas reheat

A very long and brutal day at the Langston residence. Two of the guys got the 4 ton 2 stage equipment in and fired up while Kevin and Josh did the spiral pipe ducting for the main living room. It’s in, but needs some of the strapping finished, trimmed and adjusted. Then the rest of the piping will go through the far wall and branch out also. Got it cooled from 93-94 inside to the 80s and draining while we cleaned up.

Yesterday replacing a rooftop roof package unit at the City of Bradenton fire department main headquarters. We have been servicing them for over 25 years. Thank you to Frank Berlin Crane, LLC. For the assist, always professional and on time.

This unit is for their classroom that is a main base for multiple agencies for continuing education. We had to wait about a month and half for this system to be manufactured as it also features gas re-heat capability
