So got this all cleaned up and added some more flashing in several spots where I found out where the water damage was coming from. New insulation and plywood. Sprayed for possible mold. Should be good to go !! I was only supposed to fix 3 pieces of trim and 💥 opened a hornets nest basically !!

Another satisfied returning customer!! Remodeled their deck 2 years ago. Needed a handrail for some elderly family and a friend.

New fence around the garden. Try to keep MOST of the rodents out !! Using 2x3 hole fence then at the bottom 2’ using the 1/2”x1/2” fence. This is the fifth job for this client. Remodeled their front and back deck 3 years ago then 2 years ago a shed that they turned into a chicken coop then last summer another shed for storage.

Easy 1 day job. They wanted it so they walk up and able to sit on the hot tub then turn into the hot tub.

So the client did the demo and some of the framing. BUT the floor joist went bad quickly bowed and twisted and really bad crowns. The Prowood should have not done this. They are treated and dried so they wouldn't do this. SO had to take them down and start with new ones. The lumber company replaced them. Had to level the lower landing. The outside header was crowned the wrong way and down at the middle post. Went through and shimmed each floor joist to make it nice and level/flatt. Client got the decking from a company in Canada. He used the hand railing and turned out nice !!! Will have to go back and finish the side of the upper stairs 1 facia short. The company didn't offer a 1x12 facia ????? only a 1X8
