Meet David Maybury, VP of Sales & Marketing at Morin. đź‘‹

David has been part of the Kingspan Group since 2007, bringing nearly two decades of industry experience with him. He joined the Morin team in 2021, where he now leads our sales and marketing strategy, helping architects, GCs, and building teams find the right envelope solution for every project.

“God is in the details,” Mies van der Rohe once said. We couldn’t agree more. Every project we work on comes down to those same small decisions: the profile that catches the light just right, the finish that will still look sharp twenty years from now, the seam that has to line up perfectly or the whole composition falls apart.

We don’t think of a façade as a surface. Together with the architects, we think of it as hundreds of individual choices.

That’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every wall and roof system we build. Not just meeting a spec, but honoring the intention behind it.

Curves, in the real world. From gentle bends to dramatic arcs, Morin panels bring a sculptural quality that flat planes simply can’t. These projects show what’s possible when architects design beyond straight lines.

Same concealed fastener system. Same performance. Shaped to your vision. Every curve starts with a bold idea.

Got one? We want to hear it.

Stay tuned.

See it. Touch it. Specify it.

Before you commit to a profile, you should be able to hold it in your hands. That’s why Morin offers 3D-printed sample sets of our wall panel profiles, giving architects and specifiers a tangible way to evaluate depth, shadow, and scale before a project even begins.

Each set contains scaled replicas of our Matrix, Integrity, and Pulse profiles, organized by series for easy comparison.

Want your own set? Contact your Morin representative to request one.

From vacant Salvation Army building to community anchor.

On Chicago’s West Side, Forty Acres Fresh Market brings fresh food access to the Austin neighborhood for the first time in decades. Designed by Latent, this $5M adaptive reuse project transforms a century-old bow-truss structure into a 12,000 SF grocery and retail banking hub.

Over 2,700 sq ft of Morin Matrix MX-1 panels in 22-ga Galvalume were installed at a 40-degree incline, nodding to the Forty Acres logo. Colors like Evergreen, Patina Green, Dove Gray, and Chromium Gray evoke cultivated plots, adding texture and rhythm to a once-plain exterior.

The name honors Sherman’s Field Order 15 and the promise that fresh food is a birthright. Thoughtful design proving that architecture can deliver on a decades-old community promise.

Our thanks to Nicolas Anderson AIA and Latent Design Corporation for the vision, care, and craftsmanship behind this project. Their material selection and attention to detail elevated this façade into a true community landmark — a great example of what thoughtful design partnership can achieve. Thank you also to our regional rep, Matthew Martino, for his support throughout the process.

Every building starts with someone’s bold idea, a sketch on a napkin, a concept on a screen, a vision that won’t let go. Our job is to help make it real. Over 150 profiles, custom colors, perforation, curving, whatever your design needs.

We love when architects come to us with something they’ve never tried before. That’s when the best work happens.

What are you working on? Let’s talk.

Matrix MX-0 is more versatile than you might expect. Available with integrated venting for soffit applications, MX-0 allows airflow through the soffit to support proper roof ventilation. It delivers the same refined appearance and concealed-fastener performance you already know, now engineered for overhead applications.
