Another one finished !! Man was it hot during this one but we pushed through and got it done ! I will say this when the customer said they wanted all 1 color and the color was black . I worried about it being to much! But my oh my was I wrong . Paired with the color of the brick this home turned out super crisp !! As always we offer free quotes ! Wow what a project this one was!! We did so much for this customer and we are so grateful for the opportunity! We started out with …..
1:Removing old bathroom vanity countertop and installing new quartz countertop
2: replacing interior light switches and receptacles with new decor light switches and plates
3: painted interior office and hallway trim, ceiling and walls
4: did an epoxy flake floor and clear coat
5: replaced exterior lights with new style farm lights
6: full restoration and paint job on exterior
7:clear coat on wood walls on enclosed back porch
8: re screened back porch screens
9: repaired and painted deck
10: tore out old fence and built a new cedar cap and trim fence

Can’t say enough how pleased we are with how beautiful the first stage of this project has turned out !! On the cabinets we used a product called Emerald trim and urethane semigloss and boy oh boy did it come out nice! The color for the cabinets is accessible beige. For the shiplap walls we also used emerald trim and urethane satin. The color for the walls is alabaster. If your in need of a home makeover then look no further.
