5-axis simultaneous machining on 62 HRC hardened tool steel, cutting deep draw form blocks for the automotive industry. This is hard milling at its toughest: the material is glass-hard, the tolerances are tight, and the geometry only comes together because we're cutting it complete in a single 5-axis setup — no repositioning, no stacked error.
