Construction Superintendent
Location: Buffalo, NY (In-Person, On-Site)ďż˝
Industry: Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling, Home Improvement, General Contracting, New Constructionďż˝
Compensation: Salary + Performance Bonus (OTE: $85,000–$105,000/year)�
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
About the Role
As a Construction Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day ex*****on of residential remodeling projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. From demolition to final punch list, you’ll be the on-site leader making sure crews, subcontractors, and schedules stay aligned.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be on job sites daily, directing work, solving problems in real time, and holding teams accountable for quality and timelines.
We’re not looking for someone to manage from behind a desk — we’re looking for a leader on site who takes ownership of every phase of construction.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee daily on-site construction activities from start to finish.
* Lead and coordinate crews and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality.
* Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
* Maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.
* Identify and resolve issues quickly to prevent delays.
* Communicate progress, challenges, and updates with project management and leadership.
* Conduct walkthroughs and ensure punch list items are completed accurately.
* Enforce company standards and expectations on every job site.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* 2+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling supervision.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews effectively.
* Deep understanding of construction sequencing and job-site operations.
* Ability to read and interpret plans and scopes of work.
* Clear, confident communication with both crews and homeowners.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
* Calm under pressure with a strong sense of accountability.
