The construction industry's labor challenge isn't going away.

Recent industry surveys continue to show that contractors are struggling to find enough qualified workers, even as demand for construction remains strong. The impact goes beyond hiring. Labor availability can affect project schedules, costs, productivity and how teams plan work long before anyone arrives on the jobsite.

For the industry, developing skilled tradespeople isn't simply a workforce issue. It's a capacity issue.
