When one of our customer’s aging rooftop units suffered a supply fan motor failure, Troy Dobbs stepped in to get them back up and running.

This wasn’t a simple swap. The unit has years of service behind it, requiring careful troubleshooting, motor replacement, new belts, pulley alignment, tension adjustments, and startup verification to ensure reliable operation.

At BME, we know that every piece of equipment supports someone’s business. Whether it’s keeping customers comfortable, protecting inventory, or maintaining daily operations, our technicians take pride in finding solutions and extending the life of critical assets whenever possible.
