Our team is on-site at a hotel, excavating to install a new tank. Kevin Hensley and our plumbing team are putting in the work from digging to installation and getting everything ready for operation. 🔧

🚨 Carbon monoxide can build up even when equipment appears to be running normally.

A cracked heat exchanger, blocked vent, or improperly vented gas appliance can allow carbon monoxide to enter a building without warning. That’s why routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and working detectors are so important.

At BME, safety starts in our own workplace. We have multiple carbon monoxide detectors throughout our office to help protect our employees and maintain a safe environment every day.

Remember to:
✔ Test carbon monoxide detectors regularly
✔ Watch for symptoms like headaches, dizziness, or nausea
✔ Have fuel-burning equipment inspected by qualified professionals
✔ Keep vents and exhaust systems clear

Carbon monoxide is known as the “silent killer” because you can’t see, smell, or taste it. Prevention is the best protection.

Early morning project views ☀️ First lift ➡️ Completed: A complete 25-ton rooftop unit replacement

With the sun shining, our team got to work removing an aging rooftop unit and installing a new 25-ton system to help improve reliability, efficiency, and overall performance.

From the first lift to final installation, the BME team worked safely and efficiently to complete another successful project.

Another job completed and another system ready to keep things running smoothly. ✔️

Not every project is a full system replacement—sometimes it's the critical repairs that keep businesses operating without interruption.🧊😎

Our team was recently in Newport, KY, replacing the motor and belts on a rooftop unit (RTU) to help restore reliable HVAC performance and minimize downtime.

Before any work began, safety remained the top priority. Technician Adam Gibbs de-energized and verified the electrical circuit, verified it was safe to work, and utilized proper hand protection before completing the repair.

From routine maintenance to essential repairs, every job plays a role in keeping our customers' facilities running efficiently.
