US Cold's Connect for a Cause campaign began in 2020 as a way to formalize something the company had always done: give back to the communities where our employees live and work.

In 2025 alone, the Cold Crew served 2,433 volunteer hours and donated 482,420 meals to 30 food banks and pantries near US Cold facilities.
