Before offering any flooring system to our customers, we believe in testing it ourselves. We installed a Polyurea coating on one of our own garage floors to see how it would perform over time. Within the Second year, the coating began peeling in the areas where hot tires met the cooler concrete, a common point of failure for Polyurea coating systems. That experience reinforced why we continue to recommend and install high quality Epoxy systems. We refuse to install a product that we wouldn't trust in our own home. We'd rather discover these issues on our own floor than have one of our customers experience them. At QIC, our reputation is built on delivering flooring systems that are designed for long term performance, not just a fast installation.
