ScienCell Research Laboratories

ScienCell Research Laboratories Helping the Scientists of today, discover the Science of tomorrow.

ScienCell Research Laboratories is an expanding biotechnology company whose mission is the research and development of cell and cell-related products for experimental and therapeutic use. ScienCell provides a variety of high-quality normal human and animal cells, cell culture media and reagents, gene analysis tools, cell-derived molecular biology products, cell-based assay kits, and stem cell prod

ucts for the research community. To complement our vast array of primary cells, we offer specialty medium designed to selectively promote unique cell growth, including STEMium™, which allows for the optimal growth of human pluripotent stem cells under feeder-free condition. Currently, our team of dedicated scientists are studying and developing cell therapeutic strategies to significantly improve the quality of life for patients with degenerative diseases.

One pathway. Two complementary readouts.

Luciferase and GFP reporter systems provide different perspectives on signaling pathway activity:

🔬 Luciferase reporters — sensitive, quantitative measurements of transcriptional activity for pathway activation, treatment comparisons, and dose-response studies.

🧬 GFP reporters — direct visualization of reporter expression at the single-cell level, revealing response intensity and cellular heterogeneity.

Using both can provide orthogonal evidence of pathway activation, combining quantitative data with cellular-level insights.

Reliable reporter assays depend on both signal sensitivity and accurate normalization.

ScienCell’s Luciferase Assay Kit (LAK, Cat. No. 9048) provides dual-luciferase quantification of Firefly and Renilla signals from a single sample, supporting reproducible analysis of transcriptional activity and cellular signaling.

For applications where stronger Firefly signal is needed, the Firefly Assay Enhancer (FAE, Cat. No. 7208) increases luminescence intensity and/or signal duration and integrates directly into the LAK workflow.

Applications include: Wnt/β-catenin signaling, promoter activity, transcription factor analysis, reporter screening, weak promoter studies, and low-signal assays.

Study p53 signaling from pathway activation to gene expression.

ScienCell’s p53 signaling research toolkit combines:

• p53 RE Dual Reporter Vector (p53RV, VT006) — monitor p53-mediated transcriptional activity
• Human p53 Signaling Pathway qPCR Array Kit (GK141) — profile downstream p53 pathway gene expression

Together, these tools support p53 signaling, DNA damage, apoptosis, cell cycle, tumor biology, functional genomics, and drug screening studies.

Take the guesswork out of HLA donor selection. ScienCell now offers selected primary human cell lots pre-genotyped for common HLA-A alleles, including:

• HLA-A*02:01
• HLA-A*03:01
• HLA-A*11:01

Skip screening multiple donors and perform HLA typing in-house. Select primary cell lots with the genotype your study requires to help reduce donor variability and support HLA matching in cell therapy and TCR research.

Our HLA-genotyped cell inventory is continuously updated. Additional HLA-B and HLA-C genotype options are also available.
