Athough pre-rigs have become less common due to cost considerations, it is always nice to enter a ballroom and see truss floating!

At Vital Show Solutions, great events start long before show day, and a big part of that success comes from the people working behind the scenes.

Today, we'd like to recognize & send Happy Birthday cheer to Luke Evans, our Warehouse Manager. Luke's dedication, organization, and leadership play a critical role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly, managing inventory with precision, and ensuring our crews have the equipment and resources they need to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.

What makes Luke stand out isn't just his attention to detail. It's his willingness to jump in wherever needed, support his teammates, and lead by example. Whether he's organizing inventory, coordinating logistics, or helping a team member solve a problem, Luke consistently demonstrates what it means to be a true team player.

We're grateful for Luke's hard work, positive attitude, and commitment to helping both his team and our company succeed. Wishing you a Happy Birthday weekend, Luke!!! 🥳

At Vital Show Solutions, we believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and sometimes they arrive in the form of a Management Trainee who's ready to jump in and make an impact from day one.

Today, we're celebrating the birthday of our newest team member & resident trainee, Elly Sartain! 🎂

Elly recently joined Vital Show Solutions and has already brought creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. While her initial focus has been working on refreshing our branding and marketing, she will soon start to "dabble" in operations and event production. She's embracing every opportunity to grow, contribute, and challenge us with fresh perspectives. One of the best parts of our industry is helping develop the next generation of talent, and we're excited to be part of Elly's journey.

🎈 Happy Birthday, Elly Sartain! We're excited to see where your journey takes you!
