We work with hundreds of Realtors in Wake County & surrounding counties to do Well/Septic Inspections, also taking drinking water samples for Real Estate transactions. Additionally, we work with Developers/Builder

s/Landowners to design Septic Systems for residential property. This includes doing a "Perc" test, to evaluate the soil. This allows us to see what type of Septic System can be used on the property, Obtain all county permits, Coordinate pre construction meetings, & ensure the project is implemented. The Septic System may be as simple as a Conventional Gravity System or more involved such as a Low Pressure Pipe, Spray/Irrigation System. We have extensive experience in all Systems & we make sure they're all done right. Just ask Jeff Vaughan, Kevin Davidson, Chris McGee, or Scott Jones & they will be glad to give you information/references, discuss current projects, or answer questions you may have.

Shoutout to Kevin Davidson, PE, for teaching at the Central Biological Wastewater School (Grade 3 & 4) at the NC State University McKimmon Conference & Training Center.

Kevin shared practical, real-world insight on wastewater system design, operations, and troubleshooting. Helping bridge the gap between classroom concepts and field application. It’s always great to see industry knowledge being passed along and strengthening the next generation of professionals. 🙌

We had the opportunity to assist with the College National Soil Judging Contest hosted by NC State. From prepping test pits to supporting the next generation of soil scientists, it’s always rewarding to be part of hands-on learning experiences like this.
