Maple River Grain & Agronomy, LLC was formed on June 1, 2004 with the merger of the Farmer's Cooperative Elevator Company of Prosper, AGP Grain of Casselton, and Chaffee-Lynchburg Farmer's Elevator. Construction of the new grain facility in Casselton, ND began on April 16, 2004. The fertilizer plant construction started on May 7th, 2008. Grain Storage Capacity: 7.6 million bushels (company wide)
Shuttle Facility Storage: 2.5 million bushel (Casselton)
Drying Capacity: 17,500 bushels per hour (Casselton)
Receiving Capability: 75,000 bushels per hour (Casselton)
Loading Capability: 90,000 bushels per hour (Casselton)
3 separate unloading driveways with RFID automated scales in & out (Casselton)

Fertilizer Plant Capacity: 38,000 tons
Bulk Seed Storage: 50,000 units

Fully automated loading and blending
36,000 sq. of flat storage for seed and chemical

Yesterday, the Soybean Bench sponsored by MRGA was officially unveiled right outside our office as part of Casselton’s Deep Roots Bench Project.

We’re excited to have this bench right in front of our office. Not only does it look amazing, but we can confirm it’s pretty comfy too!

A big thank you to the Casselton Public Art Task Force for including us in this project. We’re proud to support something that celebrates agriculture and our local community.

We were pleased to welcome a group of wheat buyers from the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand to our facilities in Casselton, ND!

The group was visiting through the Northern Crops Institute and U.S. Wheat Associates to learn more about North Dakota agriculture, wheat production, and the journey from our fields to markets around the world.

It was a great opportunity to showcase the work our growers and agricultural partners do every day and to share a closer look at agriculture here in North Dakota.
