Arning Companies is looking for a strategic, forward-thinking leader to join our team as Vice President of Engineering.

This role will lead our ~30-person engineering division, guiding the design, development, and fabrication of steel structures, as well as volumetric and panelized modular buildings. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will help shape engineering excellence across quality, compliance, scheduling, and talent development.

Working closely with Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership, the VP of Engineering will play a critical role in aligning our engineering capabilities with business goals, ensuring every project meets the highest technical, regulatory, and client standards.
