Stradt Homes My goal at Stradt Homes is to provide you with an above quality home Presently, I focus on new construction and remodeling existing single family homes.

I'm fully licensed and insured. My Iowa license number is: C114349. One of the defining differences I have over other builders / general contractors in the area is that I actually worked in every construction trade prior to opening Stradt Homes in 2009 here in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Giving me over 21 years of experience. The Stradt family has been developing neighborhoods and building homes since 1957

in eastern Iowa, and I'm proud to continue that tradition. We also have Full Time Local Roofing, Siding, and Insulation Crews running at all times.
