π§ We're Hiring: Project Manager Assistant / Contract Administrator π§
Armcorp Construction is growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional to join our team as a Project Manager Assistant / Contract Administrator.
This position plays a key role in supporting our project management team by helping keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. Responsibilities may include:
β Contract and document administration
β Project setup and closeout support
β Tracking submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
β Assisting with project coordination and communication
β Supporting project managers throughout the construction process
β Maintaining accurate records and project files
We're looking for someone who is:
πΉ Organized and detail-oriented
πΉ Comfortable managing multiple priorities
πΉ Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
πΉ A strong communicator and team player
πΉ Eager to learn and grow within the construction industry
Construction experience is helpful but not required. We value individuals who are dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
