We're currently seeking an experienced DESIGNER | FINISHES & INTERIORS to join our team in Chapel Hill!
We're looking for a designer who thrives on bringing the details of a home together while creating an organized, thoughtful, and enjoyable selections experience for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who loves working directly with clients, sourcing and curating materials, and collaborating closely with our design and build teams to carry a cohesive vision through construction.
We're looking for someone who brings:
– Experience guiding clients through design, finish, and product selections
– A strong eye for materials, finishes, and cohesive residential design
– The ability to source, compare, and manage products while staying aligned with project vision and budgets
– Strong organization and attention to detail when managing selections, pricing, and change orders
– A collaborative approach to working with clients, designers, builders, and vendors
– A passion for thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and an outstanding client experience
