Celebrating 33 Years of PHT
This week marks PHT’s 33rd anniversary.
Although I am attending industry meetings in New York during DCAT Week, I am grateful that our global team is celebrating PHT’s first People Appreciation Day together.
When I founded PHT, I had one belief:
A company is not built by capital alone — it is built by people and trust.
That belief became our name:
PHT — People, Honesty, Trust.
Over the past three decades, our industry has evolved, markets have changed, and our company has grown internationally. But one thing has never changed: our commitment to our people and partners.
My daughter Angela once joked during our 20th anniversary that she sometimes felt I had two children — her and PHT. In many ways she was right. PHT has grown with our family, and our family has grown with PHT.
After 33 years, my greatest pride is not the company we built, but the people who built it with us.
Looking ahead, we will continue building PHT with the same philosophy that guided us from the beginning:
People first. Honesty always. Trust forever.
